No fancy words to point out (epic, curated, thoughtful, intentional, planned, elevated…) because all those words are simply a part of what makes a human experience so… human. We’ve let the fluffy words fall away, and once you join an experience, you’ll understand some things don't need to be said, they just need to be experienced. |
Tasting partiesServing a flight of wines from varying regions, varietals, and price points; creating conversation around what we *think* we are tasting based on marketing and persuasion. Such events shed perspective on how the words we use shape the world around us. | | Blending partiesEach table receives beakers of 100% varietals (think 100% cabernet, tempranillo, malbec, teroldego) and has 90-minutes to submit their team blend. Charcuterie boxes are provided for each guest, along with tasting notes. Ideal for group synergy and networking. | | Taste and discoverShowcasing four glasses of the same grape (think mouvedre) from regions across the world. This gives opportunity to learn about the varying tastes that come from the environment. Perfect for conversation and digging in to themes greater than the soil that surrounds us. |
We have traveled; we have worked in various industries; we have shared in life-changing conversations; we have met incredible people. The experiences we walk away from in awe and with new connections are those that involve good food, good wine, and a table filled with good people. We started asking what it is about this combination of food, wine, and people that becomes transformative when there is time to enjoy all three. We discovered when experiences are supported by outrageous hospitality, this becomes the most influential force to building identity, purpose, and community.
In a world where people crave connection (yet it's almost like a relic of the past), they are searching for significance in mounting numbers and social tensions isolate us more and more. The time to pull up a chair has a new sense of importance. The magic that sitting around a table creates has become more evident to us, and Eleven Ventures is built on the ambition that meaningful experiences form around a table filled with pure food, boutique wines, and a desire to build something better than when we all sat down together. |
